Thunder Youth Too Strong For Stags Story in brief:
Thunder Youth defeat Hemel Stags 30 -10
Thunder Under 18s came back from their long trip to Hemel Stags on Sunday with the points, winning 30-10.

Hemel took an early lead, second rower George Stevens powering over from a quick tap penalty and converting his own effort.

Hooker Stuart Houghton levelled for the visitors, Jonny Shields converting and they took the lead seven minutes later when Josh Stoker went in after back to back sets, Shields again adding the extras.

Stand off James Pocklington intercepted to make it 18-6 but Matt Meek pulled Stags back into contention with another bullocking run.

Just before half time Stoker went in again after Thunder spread the ball wide.

In the second half there was only one more touchdown, with Stoker completing his hat trick, Shields landing two penalties to complete the scoring.
