Biography

After spending much of 2016 on loan with Thunder, Corbyn Kilday makes a permanent switch to Tyneside for the new Kingstone Press League 1 season.

Kilday made a total of 12 appearances for the club after joining Thunder midway through 2016 on loan from Swinton Lions full time and established himself as a solid performer for Mick Mantelli’s side.

A strong runner with an ability to break through defenses, Kilday qualifies internationally for Scotland, with whom he has already earned five caps.

He will join the likes of Jack Aldous, Matty Barron, Rhys Clarke, Vincent Rennie and Josh Stoker in competing for front row places.
